The role emphasizes risk assessment, premium and term evaluation, client relationships, and production management while training processors and assistants for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year College or university (Preferred).
• 5 years insurance experience, 2 years as an underwriting assistant (Preferred).
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional telephone demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Review submissions, applications, and risk factors to evaluate and market for insurance.
• Review company records to determine insurance in force and potential losses.
• Broker risks with documentation, quotes, binders, and state filings.
