Job summary

Encamp is seeking an Environmental Data Manager to tame complex customer environmental data and build a solid data foundation within the Encamp Intelligence Platform. You will scope, design, and execute repeatable processes to transform and import data with input from our Engineering team.

You’ll ensure accurate data pipelines, provide SME support, QA data work, and deliver bespoke reporting while creating thorough technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience analyzing and interpreting environmental data.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related Science degree; or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
• Willingness to learn AI tools.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to seek mentorship when needed.

Responsibilities

• Scope and manage the implementation of customers’ data by coordinating with Engineering.
• Ensure functional and accurate data pipelines by providing SME support, QAing data pipeline work, and escalating issues while communicating priorities to Engineering.
• Fulfills customer bespoke reporting obligations.
• Creates and maintains technical documentation to support how the Encamp application and regulations work.
