CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Data Management Discipline Leader to advance environmental data capabilities across ESG programs in the United States. You will establish defensible, scalable workflows for data validation, QA/QC, and analytics to support project delivery and regulatory compliance.

• Bachelor's degree required; 7 years of related experience.

Mansioni

• Provide national leadership for environmental data management across ESG programs, including strategy, standards, workflows, training, and technical support.
• Develop, implement, and maintain data governance frameworks, SOPs, templates, checklists, and guidance documents for environmental data management.
• Lead data validation and QA/QC workflows, including EQuIS Data Qualification Module tools and review processes.
• Coordinate with analytics, GIS, and digital teams to connect validated environmental data to dashboards and reporting tools.
