Integral Consulting Inc. seeks a Senior DMA leader to guide data management, analytics, and visualization across complex projects. You will shape data governance, workflows, and QA/QC, mentor staff, and support proposals and client conversations.

You will oversee budgeting, scoping, and delivery of data-enabled solutions, ensuring actionable, defensible data products for multidisciplinary teams.

Competenze

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Experience managing environmental datasets, relational databases, dashboards, data visualization, or analytics workflows.
• Familiarity with environmental data types (chemistry, sediment, water, GIS).
• Strong QA/QC, data governance, documentation, and defensible data workflows.
• Experience scoping, budgeting, and managing data-services tasks or projects.
• Ability to work across practices, offices, and disciplines.
• Experience supporting proposals, client communications, and internal business development.
• Commitment to mentoring staff, improving systems, and building scalable capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
