Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to drive advanced analytics across environmental services. You will coordinate with digital teams, SMEs, and cross-disciplinary engineers to shape capabilities and deliver analytics-driven solutions for clients.

You will lead IP and R&D initiatives, manage idea pipelines, and grow a team of practitioners while collaborating with sales, marketing, and global teams to keep CDM Smith at the forefront of environmental analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of related experience.
• Travel may be required domestically or internationally.
• Experience with environmental data analytics and IP/R&D is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Digital teams in evaluating data analytics technologies and platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and Trinnex on technical design and delivery.
• Work with local, national, and international teams.
• Develop processes for evaluating ideas and potential innovation investments.
• Support IP management and R&D investments for environmental analytics.
