Job summary

CDM Smith seeks an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to drive analytics capabilities across environmental services. You will collaborate with digital teams, SMEs, and practice leaders to develop analytics tools and guide IP/R&D investments.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, engage in marketing and business development activities, and help position CDM Smith as a market leader in environmental data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver environmental data analytics solutions.
• Evaluate data analytics technologies and platforms for environmental applications (water quality, remedial investigations, O&M of treatment systems).
• Support technical sales, design, and delivery for environmental data analytics projects.
• Grow and manage environmental data analytics practitioners and IP/R&D investments.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and digital teams (including Trinnex) for market-facing activities.
• Identify opportunities, track client relationships, and promote capabilities to clients.
