Job summary

CDM Smith seeks an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to advance analytics across environmental services. You will work with digital teams and SMEs to identify needs, evaluate technologies, and shape analytics strategy for client projects.

The role involves developing processes for evaluating innovative ideas, managing IP/R&D investments, and growing a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists to deliver market-leading environmental solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of related experience required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Experience in environmental data analytics is preferred.
• PE license or registration as a Licensed Professional Geologist or professional scientist is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist CDM Smith’s Digital teams in evaluating data analytics technologies and platforms for environmental data.
• Collaborate with sales teams and Trinnex on technical design and delivery of analytics solutions.
• Coordinate with local, national, and international technical teams.
• Leverage research to expand capabilities in environmental analytics across practice areas.
• Support IP management and prioritize potential R&D investments.
• Grow and mentor environmental data analytics practitioners.
