Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to guide analytics across environmental services. You will collaborate with digital teams, SMEs, and clients to innovate analytics tools and expand capabilities, while supporting IP/R&D investments and multi-disciplinary project delivery.

Lead and grow an environmental data analytics team, engage with global partners, and drive market visibility through technical leadership and conference participation. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree. 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Must have extensive understanding of environmental analytics.

Responsibilities

• Assist CDM Smith’s Digital teams in evaluating data analytics technologies and platforms for environmental data across applications.
• Collaborate with sales teams and Trinnex on technical sales, design, and delivery of analytics solutions.
• Coordinate with local, national, and international technical teams.
• Leverage research to expand and enhance capabilities in environmental services.
• Support marketing and business development initiatives related to environmental data analytics.
• Gather ideas with discipline leaders and SMEs to identify needs for analytics innovation.
