Job summary

Paragon Staffing, LLC is seeking an Environmental Foreman to lead small crews on environmental and industrial job sites. You will supervise 3–6 technicians, coordinate daily activities, and ensure safety and productivity.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, clear task direction, and effective communication with customers and management. Growth opportunities exist within supervisory and management tracks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading small crews in environmental/industrial settings.
• Ability to motivate and supervise a crew effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage crews of approximately 3–6 employees.
• Assign daily tasks and provide clear direction to crew members.
• Ensure employees follow company and site-specific safety procedures.
• Conduct or participate in daily safety meetings and job briefings.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and productivity.
• Communicate with customers, supervisors, and Paragon Staffing management.
• Assist with environmental cleanup, industrial cleaning, spill response, and general site work as needed.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
• Complete basic job-site documentation and report issues to management.
• Be prepared to work alongside the crew when necessary.
