Job summary

Pace Labs is hiring a Courier in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, with a Monday–Friday 12:00 PM–8:30 PM shift. You will safely transport environmental samples and materials, ensure timely delivery, and maintain documentation for each step of the process.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication with internal teams and external customers, and adherence to transportation protocols. Pace provides full-time benefits and a supportive environment for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Driver’s license and safe driving knowledge preferred.
• Experience in customer service or transport related roles is a plus.
• Ability to learn procedures, keep accurate documentation, and use basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed.
• Review, complete, and process documents, databases, and related information for sample pickup, transport, and delivery.
• Prepare assigned vehicle for daily operations, including documentation, safety checks, and basic maintenance.
• Provide support to staff and management related to sample transport procedures.
• Assist in researching issues and recommend solutions to improve processes and resolve concerns.
• Promote compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to team efficiency by offering suggestions and participating in team efforts.
• Support a positive, customer‑focused work environment aligned with Pace values.
