Pace Analytical Services, LLC in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, invites you to join our team as a Courier. You will play a vital role in safely picking up, transporting, and delivering environmental samples and materials that support our laboratory operations.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with hourly pay of $18. We value accuracy, responsibility, and teamwork as we help protect communities and ecosystems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related role experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain all required licenses and certifications.
• Knowledge of safe driving, customer service, and sample transport principles.
• Ability to learn and follow organizational policies, procedures, and transportation protocols.
• Strong communication with internal teams and external customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good judgment, professionalism, and discretion when interacting with others.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed.
• Review, complete, and process documents, databases, and related information for sample pick-up, transport, and delivery.
• Prepare your assigned vehicle for daily operations, including documentation, safety checks, and basic maintenance needs.
• Provide support and assistance to staff and management related to sample transport procedures.
• Assist in researching issues and recommend solutions to improve processes and resolve customer, staff, or management concerns.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, seeking guidance or escalating issues as needed.
• Contribute to team efficiency by offering suggestions and actively participating in team efforts.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and customerfocused work environment aligned with Pace values.
