BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mid-Level Environmental Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina to provide practical, business-focused counsel on compliance, permitting, remediation, enforcement, due diligence, and risk management. The role covers regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters within a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of environmental law experience, strong writing and advocacy skills, and a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of environmental law experience in a law firm.
• Strong background in environmental regulatory compliance, permitting, and remediation.
• Experience with environmental litigation and administrative proceedings is desirable.
• Experience with Brownfields redevelopment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on federal and state environmental laws and regulations.
