Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
• Strong background in environmental law related to corporate, finance, and real estate transactions.
• Experience advising on environmental matters in mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions.
• Knowledge of federal and state environmental statutes and regulations.
• Experience with environmental disclosures in SEC filings.
• Ability to manage brownfield redevelopment and environmental risk.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research to support transaction preparation and strategy.
• Draft memos, contracts, and correspondence.
