Job summary

Anomatic Corporation in New Albany, OH seeks an Environmental Control Operator to manage and maintain the plant's environmental systems, ensuring performance and safety. Qualifications

• Must complete Chemical Safe Handling and Operations Training within first 6 months
• Capable of working in a chemical environment
• Current HAZWOPER training or ability to become certified within 6 months of hire
• Current Forklift training or ability to become certified within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate waste water and air scrubbing systems
• Add chemicals as needed
• Watch for proper nickel flocculation and precipitation
• Check for proper pH ranges
• Label stored chemicals according to OSHA regulations
• Maintain chemical inventory reports
• Participate in Emergency Response System
• Take readings and log information on chiller, boiler and air compressor as necessary
