Job summary

Dexian seeks an Environmental Constructional Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute field remediation and civil construction activities, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget. The role leads procedures to minimize risk and regulatory compliance.

You will manage projects for federal clients (USACE/DoD), develop baseline budgets and schedules, perform cost estimates, and produce reports. Travel up to 25-50% to remote project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of industry-related experience.
• Proven leadership in bidding and executing environmental construction projects.
• Experience managing projects for federal clients (USACE/DoD or other federal agencies).

Job Title: Environmental Constructional Project Manager

Duration: FTE

Salary Range: $105,000 - $135,000 base + incentive + benefits

About the Role

Plan, coordinate, and execute field environmental remediation and civil construction activities to ensure that goals and objectives of the projects are accomplished within planned scopes, schedules, and budgets. Lead the development and implementation of procedures and programs, ensuring they minimize risks and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

• Manage environmental construction projects, including technical and craft personnel.
• Develop and maintain baseline budgets and schedules for assigned projects.
• Cost estimating and review of project plans and specifications to support proposals; project schedules using MS Project and Cost Tracking applications.
• Author technical approaches, work planning and completion reports.
• Forecast project work on existing contracts.
• Report to supervisor on project status.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a 4-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of industry-related experience.
• Proven leadership in bidding and executing environmental construction projects.
• Experience managing projects for federal clients (USACE/Department of Defense or other federal agencies)
• Knowledge of MS Word Office Suite Products.
• Current 40hr HAZWOPER or 8hr Refresher certification and provide certificate of completion prior to the first day of employment.
• Ability to travel up to 25%-50% of the time to project sites which may be in remote locations.

Nice to Have

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Professional Certification (PE, PMP, and/or CCM).
• USACE/Department of Defense (DoD) or other federal contracts experience.
