World Oil seeks a Technical Manager to oversee the Environmental Services Technical Department, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. The role requires working knowledge of EPA, DTSC, and DOT regulations, reporting to the Director of Environmental Affairs, and guiding staff through profiling and compliance processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of EPA, DTSC, and DOT regulations is required.
• Experience leading a technical department and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate waste profile activities and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Manage workload and mentor Technical Department staff to complete tasks on time.
• Oversee preparation of waste profiles, hazardous waste manifests and labels.
• Provide regulatory guidance on waste classification and attend training courses.
• Stay up-to-date on environmental and disposal facility requirements.
• Identify root causes of delays and incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Train personnel on software, regulations, and profiling procedures.
