OWL Services is seeking an Environmental Compliance Specialist to support the Regional Environmental Manager in Plymouth Meeting, PA. The role involves coordinating inspections, managing regulatory communications, and overseeing leak detection programs across fueling sites.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or engineering and have proven experience in environmental compliance, with strong analytical and collaborative abilities to work across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering or related field.
• Experience as Environmental Compliance Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations, permits, and reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Notice of Violations – Response to all violations incurred.
• Inspections – Coordinate inspections and rectify deficiencies prior to filing reports.
• Report failures as required.
• Inventory control variances – Track causes and coordinate actions with Operations, Maintenance and Fuel Dispatch.
• Maintain compliance with state fuel inventory reconciliation regulations.
• Leak detection verification and reporting – ensure monthly/weekly passing results and archive data for inspections.
• Develop statistics on leak detection and communicate trends to management.
