USA Compression Partners, LP seeks an Environmental Engineering Specialist to support Commercial, Operations, and Manufacturing in meeting regulatory requirements for company equipment and facilities. The role emphasizes teamwork, data integrity, and proactive compliance leadership.

You will develop policies, provide technical guidance, and engage with internal/external stakeholders to ensure safety and regulatory alignment. Travel up to 10% across operating areas is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of environmental engineering, compliance, law, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Federal, State and Local environmental regulations (CAA, CWA, RCRA, TSCA) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 core programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
• Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce is highly desired.
• Experience handling large data sets to ensure data integrity and transparency.
• Strong desire to learn technical and financial aspects of the business.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Applicant must have the ability to legally work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Commercial team and Applications Engineers with pedigree letters and catalyst performance guarantees for new Sales opportunities.
• Advise Operations management to ensure all company equipment complies with regulatory standards.
• Help develop, maintain, and apply environmental policies and guidelines.
• Participate in meetings as the environmental SME and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Audit asset master data and maintenance records to ensure regulatory compliance data is current.
• Develop, maintain, and publish environmental regulatory compliance reporting for leadership.
• Engage in industry conferences to learn new regulatory rulings and updates.
• Report recommendations on new or updated regulatory rulings to leadership.
• Lead or support department initiatives and objectives.
• Assist in developing training materials for corporate programs and training teams.
• Coordinate and lead training sessions on environmental compliance materials for internal departments.
