Job summary

HelloFresh is hiring an Environmental Compliance Technician to monitor disposal practices and enforce safety, GMP and SQF policies across production areas. The role emphasizes frontline coaching, data gathering, and real-time risk mitigation with a proactive, solution-based approach.

The position requires strong English skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work on a 4-day shift schedule (Thu–Sun, 7:00pm–5:30am) while maintaining high standards on safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Model proper sanitation and personal hygiene practices.
• Oversee sanitation tasks to support production and facilities operations.
• Coach employees on proper food waste practices and enforce policies.
• Intersect with departments to resolve problems and ensure compliance.
• Complete daily sanitation, safety and quality documents as needed.
• Escalate all food safety and sanitation issues in a timely manner.
