Job summary

KBR is seeking an Environmental Oversight Lead to provide technical oversight of environmental compliance and sustainability considerations across project development and operation. This role collaborates closely with permitting teams and engineering disciplines to ensure environmental obligations are integrated into design and execution planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in environmental compliance or environmental engineering.
Knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting requirements for air, water, waste, and environmental programs.
Experience integrating environmental requirements into project execution for capital projects > $500M TIC.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with permitting teams and engineering disciplines.
Review project activities for compliance with environmental obligations.
Support environmental risk mitigation and sustainable project execution.
