KBR, Inc invites applications for the Environmental Supervisor (Contingency) at TACOM RRAD. This role provides first-line leadership and oversight of environmental compliance activities, supervising technicians to ensure adherence to federal, state, and Army environmental requirements.

Contingent upon award, you will manage RCRA, NEPA, Clean Air/Water Acts programs, coordinate with Army and local agencies, and prepare required documentation and reports.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in environmental compliance, safety, or related field in an industrial, military, or government environment.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience.
• Personnel management experience; obtain & maintain required Environmental certifications (e.g., RICRA, HAZMAT).
• Ability to obtain or maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (as required).
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and directly manage the hazardous material and hazardous waste programs.
• Oversee environmental programs such as RCRA, NEPA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, EPCRA, Pollution Prevention Act, TSCA and SWM.
• Oversee hazardous material and hazardous waste operations.
• Develop project plans, policy outlines, and goals for assigned programs.
• Coordinate with higher level staff on high-cost or controversial projects.
• Draft plans, schedules, milestones, and budget documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance during inspections and permits.
• Advise top management on environmental compliance matters.
• Interact with community groups and regulatory agencies.
