Job summary

Qualifications

Strong written and oral communication skills for technical reports.
Ability to inspect and analyze areas, processes or systems and develop corrective actions.
Knowledge of environmental management systems (EMS) and environmental compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Coordinate compliance with federal, state, local and installation environmental requirements.
Develop and implement the EH&S plan and train personnel in environmental hazards response.
Oversee environmental audits and coordinate with hazardous waste disposal firms.
Ensure waste segregation, storage compatibility, and satellite accumulation areas are properly managed.
Ensure compliance with 40 CFR requirements and related environmental procedures.
