Job summary

Magna Cosma International in Bowling Green, KY, seeks an experienced Environmental Compliance Professional to lead the development and delivery of our environmental program, ensuring adherence to government standards and corporate policies.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science or Engineering, 4+ years in industrial environmental compliance, and knowledge of EPA regs; CHMM/REM is a plus and EMS expertise is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of environmental compliance in an industrial setting.
• Certification in environmental management (CHMM, REM, or equivalent) is a plus
• Comprehensive knowledge of EPA, RCRA, CAA, CWA regulations
• Experience with ISO14001 EMS

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the development and delivery of the environmental program and ensures compliance with government standards.
• Conducts regular audits and inspections and reports findings and recommendations to management.
