Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, reporting requirements, and industrial compliance programs.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and environmental impacts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement environmental training programs and awareness initiatives.
• Develop, update, and manage SOPs related to environmental processes.
• Prepare reports related to inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Review permit applications and requirements for air, storm water, wastewater, and waste management.
• Implement spill prevention and hazardous waste management procedures.
• Evaluate incidents, complete investigations, and prepare corrective action reports.
• Support waste reduction, recycling, and sustainability initiatives.
• Participate in ISO 14001 certification activities and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform internal audits of training programs and departments for compliance.
• Collect and analyze environmental data (air emissions, waste, wastewater, stormwater).
• Coordinate inspection schedules and reporting for SPCC, storm water, and equipment.
• Communicate with Headquarters in South Korea and partner with Operations and Engineering.
