Job summary

Platinum Global Talent Solutions Ltd. seeks an Environmental Compliance Field Inspector for the Hudson Tunnel Project in New York.

You will conduct environmental inspections, audits, and impact analyses while overseeing pre-, during-, and post-construction activities to ensure compliance with FEIS/ROD and permits. You will prepare technical documentation, coordinate with agencies and teams, and provide regulatory guidance across multiple project orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, Planning, or related field.
• 3–5 years of related experience; experienced candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience with NEPA documentation, environmental planning, permitting, compliance, and impact analysis.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and perform field work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental compliance inspections, field audits, environmental screenings, site assessments, and impact analyses.
• Provide environmental oversight during pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities.
• Monitor construction and remediation activities, track schedules, excavations, and soil movements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation and regulatory reporting.
• Identify and report deficiencies, permit violations, or deviations with corrective actions.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, project managers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
