Job summary

EnviroScience, Inc. is seeking an entry-level field inspector to conduct inspections of various sites to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. You will collect samples, monitor projects, and document findings for reporting and regulatory purposes.

The role requires outdoor work in varying conditions and occasional travel within the state. The position is a remote hybrid role based in Ohio, with work from field locations and the home, and occasional in-office collaboration or training

Qualifications

• Education: High School Degree
• Experience: None, entry-level
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and Ohio EPA Construction General Permit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections of industrial, commercial, construction and residential sites to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Inspect facilities for adherence to air quality, water quality, hazardous waste management, and other environmental standards based on the practice area.
• Monitor construction and development projects for compliance with environmental permits and mitigation plans.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of inspections, samples, and monitoring activities.
