Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field with 0–2 years field experience or an Associate's with 2+ years.
• Willingness to learn new systems, equipment, and skill.
• Flexibility for overnight travel and schedule changes due to weather or client needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong communication.
• Comfortable driving for extended periods; outdoors and field conditions.
• Strong communication skills with team members in fast-paced field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform multimedia field sampling: surface water, groundwater, stormwater, sediment.
• Conduct inspections and site visits in rural and industrial settings.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule; travel as required.
• Year-round field work in all weather and terrain; assist in data review and report development.
• Represent clients' interests and support projects; communicate with team and clients.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and client service standards; collaborate with staff.
