Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental/Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science or related field.
• Strong data analysis, problem solving, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, permitting requirements, and compliance management.
• Clear written and verbal communication across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement programs to meet state, federal, and local requirements.
• Lead with operational teams to achieve compliance and sustainability goals.
• Coordinate waste management activities, vendor management, and site recordkeeping.
• Assist chemical approval processes, document approvals and conditions, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support CGP stormwater compliance, including SWPPP, inspections, and monitoring records.
• Provide oversight of construction projects and general contractors to ensure compliance.
• Prepare compliance reports and participate in regulatory inspections.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to analyze environmental data and automate workflows.
• Respond to environmental issues and participate in on-call responsibilities.
