Qualifications

• Equivalent combinations of knowledge, education, job or intern experience, training, or certifications may be substituted year-over-year.

Responsibilities

• Manages a program of regulatory review and enforcement in the area of environmental health/protection.
• Directs subordinate supervisors and staff and reviews/approves letters, inspection reports and enforcement actions.
• Negotiates settlements of enforcement actions when appropriate.
