Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, biology, chemistry, geology, or related field.
• Four years of professional experience in environmental enforcement, environmental health, monitoring or protection.

Responsibilities

• Manages a program of regulatory review and enforcement in environmental health/protection.
• Directs subordinate supervisors and staff; reviews letters, inspection reports and enforcement actions.
• Negotiates settlements of enforcement actions when applicable.
