Job summary

Qualifications
- BS in Environmental Science or related field.
- Experience with pharmaceutical/CDMO environmental compliance.
- ISO 14001 or similar EMS implementation experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead regulatory compliance program for site (EPA/IDEM).
- Develop and maintain ISO 14001‑aligned EMS and KPIs.
- Oversee waste, air, water permits and reporting.
- Coordinate audits and regulator inquiries with cross‑functional teams.
- Guide waste management, chemical handling and SDS controls.
- Improve environmental performance and risk reduction across operations.
