Qualifications

• BS degree in environmental field.
• At least four years of experience managing an environmental compliance program.
• Strong knowledge of applicable environmental regulations.
• ISO 14001 EMS experience preferred.
• Experience in heavy manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support facility environmental compliance per permits and programs with regular communication with operations and engineering.
• Assist operations in meeting EMS requirements including investigations, training, inspections, and audits.
• Manage documentation for permits, records, reports, and related documentation.
• Maintain and update procedures within the ISO 14001 EMS.
• Assist EMS implementation including training, monitoring, and corrective actions.
• Collect environmental data and prepare regulatory reports.
• Prepare and submit environmental reports to agencies.
• Verify SDS status for products used by operations.
