Job summary

Dow in Orange, TX is seeking an Environmental Delivery Specialist to implement and maintain a proactive, facility‑specific environmental management system that meets business objectives and enhances regulatory compliance. The role includes coaching plant personnel on environmental responsibilities and ensuring permit obligations are met.

A Bachelor's in Environmental/Engineering or equivalent experience, plus EH&S experience and US work authorization, are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing regulatory and permit compliance for the facility
• Develop and maintain permit compliance systems and records
• Provide training on permit/regulatory changes and drive environmental improvements
• Coordinate with EH&S delivery leader and cross-functional teams on environmental programs
• Support environmental reporting and data collection for regulatory submissions
• Lead or participate in root cause investigations and CAPA actions
