Job summary

McEwen Inc. seeks an Environmental Coordinator for the Gold Bar Mine site to support regulatory compliance and stewardship across the operation. You will help maintain permits, track deadlines, file reporting, and oversee environmental data systems such as MonitorPro.

Responsibilities include daily monitoring, data verification, processing regulatory reports, and assisting with inspections and training to promote safety and compliance throughout the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Earth Sciences, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of environmental compliance experience preferred, mining experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and environmental data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain environmental permit applications, renewals, and documentation.
• Support environmental compliance programs with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Track permit requirements, reporting deadlines, licensing, and regulatory fees.
• Maintain environmental records and databases (e.g., MonitorPro).
• Collect and organize data for regulatory reporting, including TRI.
• Assist in site inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews.
