Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of verifiable related experience in engineering, environmental science, or natural sciences.
• A post-secondary degree may be used as an alternative for required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical reviewer and provide support for contaminant site cleanup programs.
• Provide comments and technical assistance to DEP staff, consultants, and local program staff.
• Advise project managers on data quality, rule development, and guidance for site cleanup.
• Coordinate development and maintenance of guidance documents and reference materials.
