Qualifications

• Requires BS in Environmental or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of professional environmental field and civil engineering experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, GIS, and MS Office; strong technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general civil engineering design, calculations, and prepare construction bidding documents and specs (vapor intrusion, retaining wall, lift station, dewatering, grading, landfill, water/wastewater).
• Oversee construction documentation and respond to RFIs and submittals.
• Conduct soil, groundwater, indoor air, and soil-gas sampling; remediation oversight and confirmation sampling.
• Prepare design reports, environmental reports, and laboratory data analysis; create groundwater elevation contours and geologic cross sections.
• Report writing and preparation of supporting documentation in compliance with standards and regulations.
