Salary Range

$110,000 - $160,000 per year (based on skills and experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Associate / Staff Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a license to practice law in Ohio, reside in Northeast Ohio, and possess at least 5 years of professional experience in environmental law.

Responsibilities

• Handling remediation and redevelopment of contaminated properties
• Managing transaction-triggered environmental laws
• Assessing environmental risk in contracts
• Utilizing environmental insurance policies as risk management tools
• Engaging in project financing and environmental land use issues
• Ensuring environmental regulatory compliance
