Environmental Law Attorney / Associate Attorney (Remote)

Location: Fully remote, Northeast Ohio preferred

Salary Range: $110,000 - $160,000 per year (based on skills and experience)

About the Role: We are an established law firm seeking an experienced Environmental Associate / Staff Attorney to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while engaging in environmental law practice.

Responsibilities:

• Practice environmental law, including remediation, redevelopment of contaminated properties, and environmental regulatory compliance.
• Manage environmental risk in contracts and transactions, including environmental insurance policies and project financing.
• Handle land use issues and ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• License to practice law in Ohio.
• Residence in Northeast Ohio.
• 5+ years of professional experience in environmental law.
• JD from an accredited law school.
