- Represent clients in public utility regulatory actions and environmental enforcement actions.
- Assist in regulatory compliance matters for energy and environmental sectors.
- Engage in environmental litigation, including CERCLA cost recovery and toxic tort cases.
- Participate in environmental transactions such as real estate, M&A, and site remediation.
