Yoh Life Sciences in Temple, TX is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health and safety programs at Palladio Industries' chemical plant. You will drive a culture of safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage site reporting.
The role requires 5+ years in EHS within chemical manufacturing, a bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA/PSM. You will train staff, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions to improve KPI performance.

The EHS Manager is responsible for leading and implementing environmental, health and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. This role will drive a culture of safety, sustainability, and operational excellence within Palladio Industries chemical plant.
The activities of this position will include outdoor activities. This position will have periods of exposure to the elements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be trained to safely and effectively work around energy of various types, including moving mechanical parts and vibration. The position includes designated areas where Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn. The typical PPE includes: Ear Protection, Respiratory Protection, Eye Protection, Hard Hats, Safety Glasses, Steel-Toed shoes or boots, Gloves, Chemical Protective Suits.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, stooping, sitting, crouching, crawling, and climbing ladders. The employee may frequently lift and/or move items of 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Position may require entering confined spaces from time to time (under permit control).
Estimated Min Rate: $84000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $120000.00
