Yoh Life Sciences in Memphis, TN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our diagnostics customer. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, kitting, picking, packing, and shipping with various carriers.

The role requires complying with safety standards and maintaining accurate records in the ERP/WMS system. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.50+ per hour, based on experience, with a Monday–Friday 8:00–17:00 shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect materials and match to orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory in the warehouse management system (WMS/ERP).
• Move materials to storage or production areas and operate material handling equipment safely.
• Pick, pack and prepare items for shipment with multiple carriers.
• Follow safety protocols and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Complete shipping/receiving paperwork and report discrepancies promptly.

Job description

Yoh Life Sciences is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to help support our diagnostics customer in Memphis, Tennessee. You will support general warehouse duties including, shipping/receiving, kitting, picking, and packing.

Pay: $15 - 17.50+ (based on experience)

Shift: M-F 8-5pm

Location: Memphis, TN

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receiving and Inspecting Materials

• Unloading incoming shipments
• verify quantities and check for damage.
• Match items to purchase orders and delivery documents.

Inventory Management

• Accurately record materials in inventory system
• Tag and label items for identification
• Assist with cycle counts and stock audits.

Material Movement

• Transport materials to designated storage or production areas.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment safely.
• Stage materials for production or shipping.

Order Picking and packing

• Pull materials according to work orders or pick lists.
• Prepare items for shipment, including packing, labeling and shipping with multiple carriers.

Safety and Compliance

• Follow all safety protocols.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Documentation and Reporting

• Complete shipping and receiving paperwork
• Update ERP or warehouse management system.
• Report discrepancies or damaged goods promptly.
