Job summary

EmployBridge is hiring an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager in Urbana, Ohio. This hands-on role leads safety programs on the production floor, drives a strong safety culture, and ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and environmental regulations.

You will lead audits, investigations, and training programs, manage ISO 14001 documentation, and partner with Operations and HR to reinforce safety practices across the site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations (EPA, DOT).
• Experience with audits, investigations, and training programs.
• Ability to influence and mentor across all organizational levels.
• ISO 14001 experience preferred; CSP/CHMM/REM a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
