Executive Recruiter, Senior Director of Environmental, Health & Safety

Multi-Site EHS Manager

We are working with a leading manufacturer to identify a Multi-Site EHS Manager who will oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across two separate facilities. This role is critical to driving a consistent and proactive safety culture across both sites and requires approximately 25% travel to ensure hands-on support and compliance at each location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs across both facilities
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments at both sites
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all EHS matters
• Partner with site leadership to drive safety engagement and employee training initiatives
• Prepare and maintain all required EHS documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Proven experience managing EHS programs across multiple locations
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across sites
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% between locations
