Job summary

Conflux Systems is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Professional to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs, processes, and compliance initiatives. The role ensures adherence to EHS regulations, standards, and internal policies across the organization.

You will drive audits, regulatory reporting, and employee training while pushing process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of EHS experience (or Master's entry level) in an industrial or corporate environment.
• Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety regulations, compliance, audits, risk management, and reporting.
• Experience with EHS program implementation, regulatory reporting, employee training, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage projects independently.
• Understanding of technical principles, business processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor EHS programs, processes, and projects.
• Track project milestones and ensure compliance with EHS standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Analyze changes in EHS laws and regulatory requirements and recommend updates to internal standards.
