Job summary

State Street Alpha is seeking a qualified leader to drive end-to-end environment and data strategy for our front-to-back client servicing platform in Boston, MA. You will manage multi-year programs spanning front, middle and back offices, and coordinate across insourced and outsourced models.

You will lead regional and functional teams, develop strategy documents and architecture deliverables, and work closely with executive stakeholders to align with client goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above. 15+ years of financial industry experience across front office functionality along with middle (IBOR) and back-office systems, services and data domains.
• Technology background and CFA/ FRM charters are highly appreciated.
• Strong environment strategy and architecture design experience.
• Strong experience in data mining, ETL experience platforms, data visualization/ reporting/ presentation tools. Exposure to messaging protocols, public/ private cloud platforms and EDMs
• Experience integrating with other industry providers/ consulting partners to promote platform interoperability (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, PWC, Bloomberg PORT, Charles River Development, BRS Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, Factset, Fidessa Minerva, Eze Software)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end environment and data strategy programs onboarding new clients onto State Street's front-to-back platform.
• Lead regional and functional teams supporting workflow analysis, data analysis, requirements analysis for current and future state models and architecture.
• Lead creation and delivery of internal and client facing documents (strategy documents, playbooks, architecture documentation, data insights etc.).
• Navigate complex client relationships, build strong business relationships, and manage expectations with client stakeholders.
• Lead various stages of the implementation lifecycle across multiple simultaneous global clients.
• Support business development and sales efforts through consultative client engagement.
• Provide regular status updates and support program management reports as needed.
