Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking a Machine Operator to check envelope quality during production, assist with folding and packaging, and support the envelope manufacturing process.

You will inspect finished envelopes, document production records, and help resolve issues on the line. The role requires attention to detail and basic reading of safety rules and procedures.

Training on an eight‑hour shift with a rotating twelve‑hour schedule (2/2/3) and some weekend work is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three months of manufacturing experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Check production jacket and copy with envelopes to confirm alignment; place an approved sample on the machine.
• Inspect the work from the previous shift for quality and correct packing.
• Perform quality checks on envelopes (seal, gum, color, printing) and ensure proper adhesion and folds.
• Prepare the machine for startup and assist with simple jams and setup under supervision.
• Maintain production records and assist with shift handovers and housekeeping on the line.
