IWCO Direct - INSTANT WEB, LLC is seeking an Adjuster Operator to drive production excellence in a lean envelope manufacturing setting. You will set up machines to meet job specifications, monitor performance, and troubleshoot to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; commensurate experience required; trade school a plus.
• 3+ years Adjuster experience on 627, SR and/or SW machines in envelope industry.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to generate customer envelopes according to job specifications, adhering to standard work practices to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Engage with Envelope Adjusters and Packer Operators to maintain safety, quality, and delivery targets; stop machine and implement root cause solutions when needed.
• Proactively surface part needs and coordinate preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Make routine decisions within lean guidelines to prioritize safety, quality, and delivery outcomes.
• Understand job priorities and carry out machinery repairs promptly to reduce waste from equipment failure.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace through 5S principles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Read and understand English communications.
• Contribute to Kaizen and lean improvement discussions.
• Follow standardized work instructions and record data as part of visual management.
