Job summary

Cenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters and Adjuster Trainees to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.

The position operates on a two-shift schedule (days 7am–7pm, nights 7pm–7am) with mandatory overtime during busy seasons; overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances.
• Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable.
• Consistent attendance and dependability are critical for this role.

Responsibilities

Pay & Schedule

• $23.83/hr + shift premium $0.35/hr (when working nights).
• 2 days and 2 nights required : Day shift 7am -- 7pm / Night shift 7pm -- 7am.
• Mandatory Overtime is required for 1-2 days during this busy season.
• Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs.

Primary Duties

• Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines
