Job summary

Tension Envelope & Print in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an Envelope Machine Adjuster for a full-time, on-site role. You will set up, adjust, and operate envelope manufacturing equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards, configure machines for specific envelope sizes and designs, and monitor runs to minimize downtime.

Candidates should have mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate, adjust, and troubleshoot envelope machinery.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Basic math, measurement, and ability to read production specs/diagrams.
• Good time management and organization in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication with supervisors and maintenance staff.
• Experience in printing, packaging, envelope manufacturing or similar industry is beneficial.
• Able to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in industrial machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate envelope manufacturing equipment to meet production schedules.
• Configure machines for envelope sizes and designs; monitor runs for quality.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance; troubleshoot equipment.
• Record production data and machine settings accurately.
• Collaborate with production team and follow safety procedures.
