Job summary

Moore, a data-driven CXM company based in Kansas, seeks an Envelope Machine Adjuster to keep the production shift running smoothly. You will set up and operate large envelopes machinery, perform size changes, inspect products, and complete required paperwork under the guidance of the Envelope Manager.

Key tasks include tool selection, routine adjustments, preventive maintenance, and waste segregation to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of prior envelope machine or similar manufacturing experience preferred.
• Awareness of safety procedures and PPE.
• Ability to read work orders and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery for production per work orders.
• Identify necessary tools and materials for changes.
• Perform standard and special adjustments to meet specs.
• Troubleshoot, repair or replace worn components.
• Assist in training and cover for operators.
• Inspect product quality and measure outputs.
• Maintain clean, hazard-free work area.
• Complete paperwork and communicate with supervisor.
• Minimize waste and maintain safety.
